Blast It, I Forgot Again!

Well, I did it again; I left the blog. But at least I remembered to come back!

The reason is that my group stopped playing Star Wars due to a lack of interest, and when we started a new game, I was kind of disinterested. However, I recently came across an idea that I think will be immense fun: WWII with Magical Aliens!

You're still here? Okay, well, the idea comes from a game called Apocalypse Prevention, Inc., where the PC's are trying to protect the world from dangerous aliens-esque creatures, while also protecting the ones that need protecting (similar to Men in Black--in fact, it's practically a rip off, but it's much cooler!). Rather than modern times, though, I decided to set it in WWII, since I have a lot of interest in the time period. I played a quick game with my brother and friend, and we had a lot of fun despite zilch planning.

What will the game be like when my group plays? Who knows! I hope it's fun (obviously), and I'm excited to use some of my knowledge of foreign languages to put up some sense of realism.
